This group continues to meet, working on the following goals:
· Education & Resources – to identify, evaluate and disseminate existing programs and resources available to businesses and commercial property owners to lighten their environmental footprint.
· Initiatives – to develop incentives/programs that encourage green building and low impact development and other environmentally friendly practices in development and redevelopment.
· Community Environmental Priorities – to identify and assess the major environmental issues facing the city, prioritize issues to address, and recommend programs.
